SKY Group has announced outstanding financial results for the first quarter of 2025 (Q1/2568), delivering new record highs in both revenue and net profit. The company reported total revenue of 2.384 billion baht, marking a 72% increase year-over-year, while net profit surged 86% to 205 million baht compared to the same period last year. These robust results underscore SKY Group’s distinctive operational performance and strong fundamentals across all business units.

The impressive growth was driven by the full recovery of the tourism industry, which has significantly boosted revenue from airport-related projects. This has propelled the continued expansion of SKY group’s Aviation Technology and Airport Services businesses. The Group currently maintains project backlog valued at 22.015 billion baht, laying a strong foundation for sustained growth. Moving forward, the company is actively strengthening its business structure to reinforce its growth and long-term resilience.

SKY Group Thrives as Tourism Recovery Fuels Aviation Tech Growth

Mr. Sithidej Mayalarp, CEO of SKY ICT Public Company Limited or SKY Group, revealed that SKY Group delivered a strong performance in the first quarter of 2025 (January–March 2025), posting total revenue of 2.384 billion baht and a net profit of 205 million baht. This represents 72% and 86% year-over-year growth, respectively, compared to the same quarter last year, when revenue stood at 1.383 billion baht and net profit at 110 million baht. The group’s performance was primarily driven by new projects in the Systems Integration (SI) segment, which aligns with the government’s economic stimulus policies. Additionally, SKY Group’s subsidiary, Metthier Co., Ltd., showed significant growth in its Smart Facility Management and Security Services business, contributing strongly to overall performance.

The resurgence of Thailand’s tourism sector also played a key role in the group’s growth, particularly in its aviation-related services. Despite ongoing pressure from a decline in Chinese tourists, the total number of international travelers continues to rise, positively impacting SKY’s Aviation Tech business. Key systems such as the Common Use Passenger Processing System (CUPPS) and the Advance Passenger Processing System (APPS) saw steady revenue increases during the quarter.

Furthermore, the group fully consolidated the financial performance of SKYCC Co., Ltd. (formerly One To One Professional Co., Ltd. or OTP) for this quarter. Strategic investments in high-potential subsidiaries and other firms have also contributed to both revenue and net profit growth, further reinforcing SKY Group’s business foundation and long-term potential.

SKY Group Strengthens Business Structure to Support Long-Term Growth

Looking ahead to the second quarter of 2025, SKY Group is not only continuing to develop and implement cutting-edge Aviation Tech solutions across various airport-related projects, but also strategically reinforcing its organizational foundation through a diversified business model.

The Group aims to build a resilient and sustainable revenue by balancing three key revenue streams: long-term concession-based income, recurring monthly service revenue, and project-based revenue. This strategy is designed to mitigate risk and ensure financial stability over the long term.

To further support this growth, SKY Group is realigning and structuring its business units for greater efficiency, enabling each segment to scale independently. This includes:

  • Smart Facility Management services through Metthier Co., Ltd., integrating technology to enhance property operations and security.
  • Contact Center services under SKYCC Co., Ltd. (formerly One To One Professional Co., Ltd.), which are being enhanced through investments in Large Language Models (LLM) and AI to boost competitiveness and service capabilities.
  • End-to-end ICT Systems Integration (ICT-SI) solutions provided by Pro Inside Public Company Limited (PIS), offering comprehensive technology deployment services.

Through this strategic restructuring and continued investment in innovation, SKY Group is positioning itself for sustainable growth while reinforcing its leadership across the Aviation Tech and Smart Services sectors.

Mr. Sithidej Mayalarp further stated that, as of the end of Q1/2025, the company had secured new contracts and a backlog of approximately 22.015 billion baht in projects awaiting delivery. This backlog is expected to generate revenue for SKY Group over the next 6–7 years, serving as a solid foundation for long-term, sustainable growth. To support this strategic direction, SKY Group is actively restructuring its group businesses to clearly define and strengthen growth of each business unit. The company is also exploring new investment opportunities in high-potential sectors, while continuously enhancing its technological capabilities and workforce readiness. This is to ensure SKY Group is well-prepared to seize emerging opportunities and navigate future challenges effectively.

With a strong commitment to expanding its customer base across both the public and private sectors, SKY Group is confident in its ability to maintain solid and stable growth throughout 2025 and beyond.
