In today’s rapidly changing digital era, an organization’s ability to adapt has become the key to maintaining competitive advantage, alongside its responsibility to society and the environment. Over the past year, SKY ICT Public Company Limited has demonstrated its capacity to adapt and grow amidst global shifts in technology, consumer behavior, and the broader sustainability landscape—facing both challenges and opportunities head-on.

SKY ICT is committed to driving sustainable business growth through the philosophy of “Creating Business Value through Digital Transformation.” This reflects our intention to leverage technology for the benefit of our organization, communities, and society at large. In particular, we play a key role in advancing Thailand’s airports toward becoming “Smart & Green Airports” through cutting-edge technologies such as biometric authentication, real-time data management, and intelligent security systems. One major advancement is the implementation of Biometric Facial Recognition technology in airports, enhancing the passenger experience by ensuring faster, safer, and contactless travel—well-aligned with trends in digital-age travel and more efficient passenger management.

On the sustainability front, we recognize the crucial role businesses must play in building a sustainable future across economic, social, and environmental dimensions. We have embedded sustainability policies and practices into our core corporate strategy, ensuring that all departments implement these policies in tangible, actionable ways.

We are determined to make sustainability a part of our corporate culture. A dedicated Sustainability Working Group has been established to integrate ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) goals into all levels of operations. This ensures that SKY ICT operates ethically, transparently, and responsibly toward all stakeholder groups.

Moreover, we actively promote internal communication to foster shared understanding, track progress, and report performance regularly. This ensures that sustainability is not merely a statement but a measurable and impactful action. Under the ESG framework, the company has defined concrete guidelines focusing on balanced development in three areas:

Environmental
– Set a target to achieve Net Zero Emissions by 2050, starting with upgrading IT infrastructure for better energy efficiency.
– Adopted cloud systems to reduce resource and energy consumption. Our “Green Cloud for Sustainable IT” project has reduced greenhouse gas emissions by approximately 0–2.5 tons CO₂e/year.
– Promote eco-friendly travel and plan to develop a corporate carbon footprint report.

Social
– Committed to nurturing our people—our most valuable asset—by continuously enhancing employee potential through training in technology, cybersecurity, and leadership. In 2024, the average training time per employee was 14 hours/year, exceeding our target of 6 hours/year.
– Actively promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment, development, and advancement for all employee groups.
– Support community and education initiatives in areas where we operate, such as digital technology training for youth and donating tech equipment to local schools.
– Cultivate a safety- and ethics-focused organizational culture. In 2024, the company reported zero workplace accidents.

Governance
– Declared our intention to join the Private Sector Collective Action Coalition Against Corruption (CAC) and are preparing for certification from the Thai Institute of Directors Association.
– Operate with strong corporate governance, transparency, robust internal controls, and proactive risk management.
– Ensure transparent stakeholder communication and conduct regular ESG performance assessments.
