Main Responsibility

 Estimate and create useful, reliable and practical plans for software development projects.

 Lead and facilitate daily scrum ceremonies including Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective, etc.

 Possesses conflict resolution, does conversation by focusing on scrum values of openness, honesty and respect.

 Ensure the correct use of scrum process.

 Work with the Product Owner to build and maintain the product roadmap and backlog.

 Identify and work to resolve roadblocks and dependencies to be sure the team can work effectively and deliver against the agreed development plans.

 Develop and improve team members’ business knowledge and product knowledge.

 Manage and improve process within the development team.

Qualification

 Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer, IT, or Engineering degree is preferred.

 Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector.

 Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 In-depth knowledge of Agile/Kanban development and principles.

 Leadership, coaching, mentoring skills are needed to utilize those skill for team’s potential.

 Proactively seek feedback from team members.

 Scrum Master certificate is an advantage
