SKY Group has reported strong results for the first half of 2025, with total revenue reaching THB 5.02 billion, up 67% year-on-year, and net profit climbing to THB 405 million, an increase of 84%. The company’s performance continued to grow despite a notable decline in the number of international tourists visiting Thailand, supported by a steady rise in passenger traffic in and out of the country — a positive sign for the recovery of Thailand’s aviation industry. This growth drove revenue from airport-related projects and supported continued expansion in its Aviation Tech as a Service business. The company also boasts a robust backlog of THB 23.46 billion.
Positive Aviation Outlook – Passenger Traffic Growth Fuels Aviation Tech Expansion
Mr. Sithidej Mayalarp, Chief Executive Officer of Sky ICT Public Company Limited (SKY), revealed that in Q2/2025 (April–June), the company recorded total revenue of THB 2.636 billion and net profit of THB 200 million, representing year-on-year growth of 62% and 82%, respectively, compared to Q2/2024 figures of THB 1.632 billion in revenue and THB 110 million in net profit.
As a result, in the first half of 2025 (January–June), SKY Group posted total revenue of THB 5.02 billion, up 67% year-on-year, and net profit of THB 405 million, up 84% from the same period last year. This consistent growth was driven by a more than 5% increase in international passenger movements in the first half of 2025, despite pressure from a significant drop in international tourist arrivals. This trend benefited revenue from the company’s aviation-related services, including the Common Use Passenger Processing System (CUPPS) and the Advance Passenger Processing System (APPS), both of which showed solid growth.
Second-Half 2025 Strategy – Diverse Revenue Model and Aviation Industry Growth
For the second half of 2025, SKY Group will continue developing and delivering innovative Aviation Tech as a Service solutions for airport projects, in line with government stimulus measures and structural initiatives aimed at positioning Thailand as an “Aviation Hub.” The company is strengthening its resilience through a diversified revenue model that includes long-term concession income, recurring monthly service revenue, and project-based income — mitigating risk while ensuring stable, sustainable growth.
The Group is also optimizing its business portfolio to support expansion in each segment:
– Smart Facility Management for the property sector through Metthier Co., Ltd.
– Contact Center solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLM) and AI to enhance competitiveness via investment in One to One Professional Co., Ltd. (now Sky CC Co., Ltd.)
– Comprehensive ICT System Integration (ICT-SI) services through Pro Inside Public Company Limited (PIS)
Strong Backlog Ensures Long-Term Growth
Mr. Sithidej added that as of the end of Q2/2025, the company had signed new contracts and held a backlog of approximately THB 23.46 billion, which will be recognized progressively over the next 6–7 years, providing a strong foundation for sustainable long-term growth. SKY Group also continues to seek new investment opportunities in high-potential businesses, while strengthening its technology capabilities and workforce to expand its customer base across both public and private sectors.
